Why would any country need 1000's of nuclear weapons. Diplomacy should be what they should be investing in and not being jerks! Absolutely establish a deterrent to protect one's country, but enough to destroy the world 10 times over is a waste of resources and irresponsible.

Glad that the death penalty is making a comeback. These nut jobs that think its ok to take someone else's life need to suffer the same fate.Perhaps that is the only thing their distorted little mind could comprehend. End the years on death row and make it like 20 minutes nt years
