Went from $1 million to $4 million in #Ecom this year. What we did NOT do: - tiktok shop - cost caps - traditional UGC - attribution - scale quickly What we DID do: - Marry LPs and Ads together as ONE - increase budget by 5% per week - focus on blended CPA - prioritise LTV
