@HMRCcustomers @HMRCgovuk has been hanging up calls after customers have been waiting in queues for an hour. My wife has been charged with over 50% of tax from wages this month, no one has an answer to our queries even after raising complains. @RishiSunak @NCA_UKFIU HELP !

In the age of digitalisation @Barclays is asking for physical copies for opening a new account, although holding an account since the past 10 years. When asked to speak to the manager, straight-away said "call customer service". Reason - I will take a picture of council tax bill

Been more than 20 days nor @Hermesparcels wants to deliver my product or close their investigation of loss of product over and above even the sender @SportsDirect_CS does not want to close their investigation. Pathetic customer service by both companies.

Ordered a jacket from @SportsDirectUK @SportsDirect_CS on 29/12/2021 worth £50. Still not received delivery and courier company @Hermesparcels emails to check with sender as they cannot locate the same at their depot. Amazing customer service by both companies 👏🏻👏🏻

@SonuSood @BeingSalmanKhan @SrBachchan @iamsrk @akshaykumar @ajaydevgn @AnupamPKher My mother is diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis and is on ventilator since 20/05/21 at Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. Request for all the support and prayers. She requires an urgent lung transplant. 🙏🏻

Today @MumbaiPolice is fining for parking outside Nanavati hospital as the DIG is passing by and there is less space for his one car to pass. @TOIMumbai @republic @OfficeofUT @AUThackeray . So rest of the days when millions of cars are passing by there's no problem?

Trying to connect with @FedExIndia ... Most amazing customer service - kept me on hold for 5mins in first call and hung up, second call informed that it's not picked which ofcourse I can track - however on questioning why not picked up @FedEx hangs up! Bravo to such services 👏🏻
