Interesting to see even older office buildings proposed as solutions while saying existing courthouse tower is functionally obsolete. (I don’t have any insight into actual costs)

Maybe the @CityofCleveland could sell development rights for the parking lots behind the West Side Market to provide some funding for the repairs and drive traffic. Could also maintain parking in a new project.

Is there a better way to rapidly improve DT CLE than narrowing the streets? Seems like fastest, cheapest and most impactful to quality of place. JSK did it in NYC in 6 years with paint, beach chairs, planters and flex posts. Cleveland can’t wait! @mayorbibb @jopanese
