Ok its 2021, let’s say you’re in the market for a new personal machine, some audio and video editing, some coding. Gaming not really a consideration. Where you going? MacBook Air with M1 chip, MBP? Dell XPS? Go desktop instead of laptop?

trump talking about how he supports peaceful protests is outrageous because he spent a whole year asking kaepernick to stay fired from the nfl for doing exactly that. never forget, it's not HOW people are protesting, it's WHO'S protesting and WHAT they're prostesting that offends

People say wrong things on twitter – just to see what sticks. People know it's wrong but spread it to support the trolling. If it doesn't stick, people won't see it. If it sticks, people will forget it was wrong. Any correction will amplify the message. It's a broken game.

Journalists are being arrested for reporting. Threats about shooting people for looting. This is the state we are in yet I think Trump supporters view this as being ok. The more power you give to someone, the more hungry they become. I thought I left dictators behind. 🤷🏻

Usually I can talk *a lot*. But right now I’m struggling a bit with what to say. I couldn’t watch the video this time. The descriptions were enough to make me feel sick. Unlike so many, I am lucky enough to be able to push the violence & hate out of my mind and “take a break”.

If you’re US-based, it’s remarkably achievable to do this in Vegas. Looked in to it a few years back when several former coworkers were all remote at their new gigs and I was too. Didn’t end up biting the bullet but space for 3-4 folks would have been possible on the cheap
