Don’t hire interns in startup, they are useless and will waste your time. But you can hire people who gives a shit, don’t need to be micromanaged, can come up with ideas and execute, and have exceptional talent. They can be 20 years old, that’s fine.

I like the idea of a comprehensive supplement - something with a bit of everything to replace taking 30 pills. It’s way more efficient for the consumer. Why haven’t more cpg brands launched them? My guess is it’s a harder product to nail. One weird addition could kill it. Also…
