Training Mistake: Waiting until you’re “100%” to train will get you nowhere fast. “100%” hardly comes by. Show up daily and give what you have. The results will come.

Why movement first? Why do that primarily with middle school? It is much easier to teach a good MOVER (can sprint, jump, cut, has a large movement bank/good literacy) how to excel in the weight room… Than it is to teach a weight room warrior how to move in the field

For more advance advanced athletes that need some more strength/size but have hit a plateau: Pyramids (Ex: 5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5) ✅Volume ✅ Intensity ✅Accounting for fatigue
