निजामती सेवा बिधेयक माथि उत्पन्न खिचिलो को जन्मदाता को हुन भन्ने कुरा प्रष्ट हुन अव कुनै सन्देह बांकी छ होला ? कस्तो र को बाटो संशोधन आयो ? हेर्दै जाउँ !
आफुले गरिसकेको वा गर्दै गरेको कूकर्म अरुले गर्दैगर्दा वा गरेको सामान रुपको कूकर्म माथि आदर्श पुर्ण प्रवचन का साथ आलोचना गर्ने नेपालका राजनैतिक व्यक्ति हरुको संस्कार को विकास भएको हो । तर अच्चम्मको कुरा के हो भने आलोचना गर्ने व्यक्तिको थोरै भएपनि लाजशरम को भाँडो कसरी फुट्यो होला ?
तुलना गर्नै पर्ने : नागरिकता जस्तो देशको प्रमुख आवश्यकता त्यागेर पनि नविकरण गर्न हुने तर कुनै दलको सदस्यता नविकरण गर्न नहुने । आवश्यकता को सिद्धान्त अथवा वर्चस्व/ताकतको सिद्धांत के आकर्षित हुन्छ यस्तो अवस्थामा ?
