There is only one take home message. Evidence based medicine is the only reason why average life span in humans has increased 2X on an average in the last 100 years or so. Quitting established treatment protocols for 'miraculous' alternative therapies is a dangerous practice.

1. Pick 1 thing, go all into it and be patient. In this internet success era, shining object syndrome is your biggest enemy. Pick one thing (for me it was Youtube) and focus fully on it. Don't judge yourself after a few days or weeks. Consistently + Patience is the key.
