is there a good alternative to caffeine / celsius? it helps me wake up and focus on work but at the same time my cortisol level spikes like crazy and i get hella anxiety what's the fix here

they hired a new guy at the company and im helping him get onboarded he keeps muting himself on the zoom and then sporadically disappears for 5 minutes
met this wonderful guy in the bart today he said his name was soham p, didn’t say his last name, said he wanted to stay anonymous anyways he gave me great advice on productivity and how to be 10x agentic i will apply my learnings and let yall know how it goes!
