Excited to share the latest paper out of the Arrant Lab! We compared lysosomal dysfunction between patients with FTD caused by progranulin mutations and patients with sporadic FTD with TDP-A pathology. Both patient groups had similar changes! actaneurocomms.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…
