The most under-reported and under-discussed story of 2023: a federal district court judge, upheld by a unanimous appellate panel, found the Biden WH and FBI committed one of the gravest attacks on the 1st Am in decades by coercing Big Tech to censor dissent online.
Even worse: the Twitter Files was not the first reporting to prove that the Biden Amin was doing this, but it was the most significant given how much evidence it presented. And corporate outlets united like herd animals to implore the public to ignore it: "nothing burger."
@ggreenwald Yawn, fake news. Removing disinformation, is not anything I'm worried about. Considering how much disinformation led to the attempted Insurrection on January 6th.
@ggreenwald @oldyfan2012 The reason this story is underreported is obvious: legacy media wholy support the federal government's attacks on the First Amendment and these efforts to crackdown on political dissent.
@ggreenwald Snowden was right, the FBI has always served an evil purpose. It cannot be reformed.
And of course, this story is being "under-reported and under-discussed" because the mainstream media is in on the conspiracy too, right? It's not like there could be any other explanation, like the fact that the legal case is still ongoing and the situation is more complicated than a simple "Biden = bad" narrative. 🙄
@ggreenwald And nothing happened. They will be emboldened again for the next election.
@ggreenwald Democrats. And.. they get all hot and bothered when we call them Communists!!
@ggreenwald Here's A Bigger Crime.... The 2020 Presidential Election Was The Biggest Crime In U.S. History!!
