Tried calling the contact center and I am on hold for 50+ min. Is this what you call a streamlined process? Kindly advise.

South Africa is moving to level 1 and so re-opening visa centres. @VFSGlobal should be re-opening soon too, but their appointment booking screen is still broken (has been for weeks). What f*&#-up! @global_vfs
