When ordering from @buildabear give yourself a month lead time even for items in stock. Ordered on Feb 13th finally shipped today. Not a busy season for stuffed animals, I could see a back log the week before. Also don’t expect responsive customer service. Highly disappointed

Today at 6:38 Pm @CafeZupas lost me. I’m just a tiny pimple their @$$ but they don’t care about online pick up. Just kept on filling out new orders for people dining in. Felt bad for the doordash waiting for orders with no reasoning from employees just saying this is the way. 😱
