I've found that Twitter, for now, makes me feel anxiety/FOMO/guilt for not engaging more. I'm glad it does so much to connect folks with mental illness, but for now, I've gotta bow out. I'll continue to write at gowhereithurts.com; I'm on FB/lnsta as well. Peace and love. 💜

Hey. I've been gone from here for awhile because of houseguests and Thanksgiving and being exhausted from a lot of happy family time. After that I was gone from here because of depression. Remembering that it's okay not to be okay, but damn, this thing is a beast.
