.. is where the most ADU permits have been issued, and it's not the most urban areas as one might expect. It's actually Ward 7, 8, & 6 from highest to lowest. This to me shows latent demand for different kinds of housing. Exclusionary detached zoning isn't something most want.
@ham_bicycleguy Is there a further breakdown? I'm wondering if the high numbers in w7&8 are due to legalizing ones that existed near Mohawk College under rental licensing pilot program?
