2D, or not 2D? Investigating Vertical Signal Integrity of Tissue Slices. biorxiv.org/content/10.110… A much-needed paper for #SpatialBio (and a fabulous title). Cells in tissue sections are highly overlapping in 5 um sections. Just being aware of it in regular 2D analysis is good.
