ADHDers often feel like we “should” be able to do something because ✨ we’ve done it before ✨ or that our difficulty with focus/productivity isn’t a real disability b/c sometimes we can do it just fine. GUYS. LADIES. GENTLETHEMS. THAT IS THE DISABILITY. The INCONSISTENCY.

So... Today I started on a higher dose of Concerta in hopes I can improve my focus in the afternoon. We'll see how it goes.

SERIOUSLY. A couple sites I go to started doing this just whyyyyyyyyy. It's not 2000 anymore, we can design UIs that don't need you to click through a million windows to get anything done now! That design went the way of the dodo for a REASON, let it stay dead! (I hate it)
