So after years of reflux, using nexium and shit. I ran out last week and in a panic used some basic chemistry to alleviate my symptoms. ½ teaspoon of bicarb soda in a cup of water. And i feel better than ive felt in 10 years. I dont recommend thrashin it, but its helped me heaps
