Before stepping out on my own, my most recent job was at @JetBlue. Just over 3 years helping to get the T6 project to financial close, which occurred a few months after I left. My old team was gracious enough to invite back for the ground breaking today!

Gave up WFH in Q4 2022. Luckily, @IndustriousHQ opened a space near me around the same time. Itās been a game changer for my productivity. Iām just so much more efficient away from home, too easily distracted š Is it just me??
Access to capital is one of the biggest hurdles for emerging managers; and imo itās exacerbated in real assets. Despite the resume, we are not immune, but I may have found a crack in the wall! Had a great call yesterday and some exciting things are shaping up for 2023 šš¾
Next project on deck! Reviewing preliminary plans today. A key question I ask upfront is: what will our project be a catalyst for in the nāhood? With this one Iām currently thinking about the commercial spaces, target businesses, and what activity theyāll bring to the street.
Our first project has 2 phases. P1 will redevelop a 40k SF mixed-use tower in downtown Baton Rouge, LA. Weāre leveraging historic tax credits to help realize the vision. More on P2 plus P1 renderings later, but super excited to see it come to fruition! buff.ly/3CjLEDH
