In contrast to the Lemmings port on C64 where the background are sprites and the lemmings are made of characters I flipped this around and I'm quite happy with a first version.

The Lemmings Sprite Simulator😅. This is a simple python program that shows the number of used hardware sprites per raster area when dropping the Lemmings onto the playfield. It seems by cleverly arranging platforms and ground it might be possible to pull this off on a C64...
