@SchoolsWeek We don’t complain about doing it. We complain about *having* to do it because no one is helping these families.
What's killing them, myself included is making cuts to staffing or offering, that we know aren't right but have no choice if we want to balance the books. Losing great people purely down to finance is criminal at a time our children need more not less
