1/ CMS has done exactly what Congress refused to do--Congress rejected several "benchmarking bills" (setting physician reimbursement at a determined std.) in 2019 for out of network (OON)/balance billing (BB) & passed the #NSA which expressly avoided "rate setting", now in .....

Glad to see the Departments' IFRs include rental/wrapper rates as "contracted rates" for the purpose of determining the qualifying payment amount. They are indeed rate agreements made in arms-length transactions. #NoSurprisesAct

This afternoon we flew over #hanginglake to assess impacts from the #grizzlycreekfireCO. The immediate area around Hanging Lake, the boardwalk and the upper reaches of the trail did not burn. Other areas surrounding the lake burned intensely. Still some active fire in the area.

I'll join-in with thousands of other folks in Middle Tennessee and thank @NashSevereWx for the tornado coverage last night. Literally the first (and only) place I rely on for consistent, current, and useful weather info when I hear the Nashville weather sirens go off.
