Worst insurance service @MalakoffHumanis Increased monthly rates without notifying me or my company & inspite of signed contract; asking for huge sums of money that they didn't debit in 2019 without providing a commercial offer for their mistake.

Terrible medical insurance! @MalakoffHumanis forgot to update monthly prices since Jan'19, forgot to change monthly amounts debited from us. In March'20, suddenly deduct €270. No reply to emails/calls. Now suddenly demanding €840+. No decency to even make a commercial gesture?

6 - Fortunately had valid UK visa, got a BA flight via LHR, but have 6hrs Brussels, then again 4.5hrs at London. Will reach Mumbai 12.05 hrs after initially supposed to. No compensation from @FlyingBrussels for the delay, physical+mental trouble and lost workday. @Flight_Refunds

5 - Flight to Mumbai missed, @FlyingBrussels booked hotel and food coupons only for most people to fly 24 hours later. They had made people check-in the band luggage too last min, but still not ready to compensate for change of clothes for people. This gets worse and worse.

4 - First delayed by 20 min, then told 45 min, and totally turned out to be 1 hour. @FlyingBrussels informed that connecting flights will wait, since only matter of 15 min or so. Eventually, false info. Flight left from Brussels. Bravo!

Terrible Flight with @euroatlantic. Horrible service by air staff, no blanket provided even with extra payment, no in flight entertainment (nothing was specified before). #NeverAgain

Shocking Service By Air Steward on @Fly_Norwegian. Extremely rude, not professional, unhelpful, not following any security protocol himself while picking on customers.
