What an absolute disaster @HotpointSupport @HotpointUK are. Recorded my address wrongly and aborted my engineer visit without telling me. Impossible to contact by email, online chat or phone. Now without an oven for 2 weeks and counting.... #fail #useless

@MichaelRosenYes Strange that. For supposedly ‘crack’ troops armed with precision missiles, the IDF seem to have a lot of ‘mishaps’, most of which occur in the vicinity of schools, hospitals, displacement camps, food distribution sites and other areas where civilians and journalists are found.🤔

I happened to mention at work that I dislike the expression "nothing is certain in life except death and taxis", as taxis can be famously unreliable and hard to get hold of at certain times of day. They laughed at me for a solid half-hour and my nickname is now "Uber".
