I think a turning point in adulthood is realizing that friendship is about quality not quantity. Wow does it feel good to only build relationships with people that care back.

after a couple weeks of working out, meal prepping, staying on top of/ahead of my work projects, being present for my friends and family, honoring my self-routines and keeping a clean apt... this shit is not sustainable at all. lmao

I’ve been seeing a lot of tweets lately joking about having coffee as a meal or forgetting to eat until 8 pm. How is that funny? How is starving your body a joke? These are things I used to do in the depth of my eating disorder. America needs to stop normalizing mental illness.

I went to 2 of the top unis in canada for fine arts and sciences. I ran a business at 20. I moved abroad because I was chosen for a full time role as a comedy editor in fucking hollywood. but no one ever praised me more than when I had an eating disorder and lost 50lbs. fuck this
