I gave birth on 9th September, at my home. On 10th Sept Bromley Parking Services issued me a parking fine for my car outside. I appealed, explaining I couldn’t move the car as had just given birth,rejected with no appeals process.Thanks. @neill_bob @BromleyTimes @DailyMailUK
