non monetary labor has hit hospitals..self check in is a zoo & often requires human interaction before (pre check in) during (special needs non ambulatory patients etc) and after to print armbands & verify your insurance/birthday for the 10th time,we save zero dollars as patients

What leader knowingly charts a strategic transformation knowing that they can not hire the talent to do so? This is basic critical chain thinking. The weakest link becomes the doing. Executive will power is not enough to reverse the inertia of corporate behavior by thousands.
