Thinking about when I went to the psychiatrist for my ADHD and he asked if I had any ocd tendencies and I said no only to realize later that showering 3x a day isn’t normal and now I question every weird habit I have 😅

Not knowing that I’ve had adhd my whole life and just finding out in adulthood has really shook me to my core. Like finding out that I’m not a normal functioning human and that’s why my whole life has been a shit show???

So what if a 16 year old tried to adopt a baby? She can't, she's not mature or financially stable enough to adopt a baby. But if she's pregnant, she has to raise that baby. Tell me how this makes sense. #RoeVWadeprotest

The fact that Im just finding out hormonal birth control suppresses your testosterone and makes it nearly impossible to make gains….I was on the pill for my entire time in the gym except these past 6 months, it can also make it very difficult to lose weight. The more you know 🥲
