depression/anxiety tip: buy a notepad and journal. it can get dark + foggy in your head by hoarding negative thoughts with no raw outlet. make time to write it down + reflect, whenever you catch a neg thought. this exercise changed everything for me, now i write about gratitude.

pls teach your daughters to not fear their femininity + your sons to be responsible with their masculinity. the world is asking for more nurturing/thriving and less ego/incompetence. disclaimer: this doesn’t mean girls can’t fight/boys can’t cry. it means teach them when + how.

nothing will change your perception of life + death than this. i don’t like how much death i’ve seen, but if it’s taught me one thing, it’s how to stop seeing death as the enemy and learn to greet it as an old friend. your prayers won’t stop it from arriving, for you or others.

i find it funny when people follow me then unfollow a day later if i haven’t followed them back yet. one thing about me is i am not a social media girl lol i don’t even allow notifications for texts let alone these apps. i forget some people really live on their phones lol
