I don't know if this certain social anxiety coping mechanism is legit, or not, let alone healthy. All I know is that if I had social anxiety, and society dog piled on my coping mechanism, dragging it through the mud, I might not be able to function.

It is a misconception, if one earns $X/hour at work, their time is worth $X in every situation. As far as money, downtime is worth $0 & Non-expertise work is also worth less than full pay. You are not losing money by doing your own dishes for $0. The limited resource is time.

Some celebrities have a really interesting thought process and it is cool to hear their everyday thoughts. The vast majority are not like this and maybe 50% would be better off NEVER giving out any insight on who they actually are. Social media is such a curse sometimes.

I don't like self checkout for many reasons. I also don't like when there are no actual cashiers when you need them. However, if you are too big of a "rebel' to actually let them check your bags when you leave the store, then maybe that store is just not for you. Shop elsewhere.

Make even the most beautiful person look hideous with just a few cool tricks: 1. Photograph when they aren't "ready" (Can't give you their mirror-practiced 'Blue Steel' locked-jaw duck-lips face) 2. Bad lighting 3. Bad angle 4. Wrong lens / focal distance Yes, even that baddie.

Went to see Val Kilmer's one man Mark Twain show a few years back. The show was a delight for Mark Twain enthusiasts. He was already very ill, but he took the time to greet and take photos with everyone in the crowd. Gained a whole new respect for Val Kilmer that day.

Between The Muppets and Looney Tunes, it's hard to understand why companies bury beloved franchises rather than selling the rights to people who actually like the source material. Where is the money in not using finished IP products? Must be some sort of Hollywood math.
