#devops anyone know of a tool that can be used to monitor a Web application? Azure Web app to be specific, website went down today and nobody knew for hours. I'm keen to learn of scripts/tools (paid or free) that can alert us if a website goes down.

#sqlhelp is it true that sql 2019 doesn't need a WSFC (windows server failover cluster) ? From MS docs WSFC is a prereq, I want to know if I am missing something.
