I asked a @FrontFIOS support agent to explain why my bill went up twice in the last 6 months and they entered a change order to my account, adding a $10 delivery fee for equipment I've had for 7+ yrs, that isn't changing, and transferred me to retention without even telling me.

Does anyone have a method to create multiple CSV aggregate columns similar to what STRING_AGG() does using FOR XML without having multiple scans of the table for inner and outer references? My TSQL foo and google foo is failing me this afternoon, or its not possible #sqlhelp
