I’m not sure which is the most stigmatised of my diagnoses, but I can tell you that there’s a very obvious correlation between me having an autism diagnoses and nobody being interested in me romantically. I am telling myself it is age, and probably a coincidence 🤷🏼♂️
If there was a proper complex trauma pathway, a proper autism and adhd pathway, a proper bipolar pathway and a proper PMDD pathway, there would be no need to debate what to rename BPD because no one would be left unserved.

T/W suicidal thoughts Dying simultaneously feels like the right thing for me but the wrong thing for my amazing friends & family & I feel so trapped. I know I'm so lucky to have other people to think about but it would be so much easier rn if I didn't. Scared and alone with it.
A shout out to the families of the six crew members who responded to the @RNLI pager yesterday, Mother’s Day, including helm Samantha Armatage who ran from her Mother’s Day brunch! Support like this from crews’ families means we can continue to save lives and we thank them.

Last night @TheLondonEye was lit up yellow to celebrate the RNLI’s 200th anniversary. And of course we were on hand to capture the moment with the night’s duty crew - Steve King, Craig Burn, Paul Tattam and Conor Hudson - on lifeboat E-07 Hurly Burly.
It was an honour for Hilary our generous benefactor to sign the scroll containing the @RNLI One Crew pledge, in which we promise our commitment to saving every one we can, without judgment – staying true to Sir William Hillary’s vision when he founded the charity in 1824.
