Attempted to take my own life Monday evening. I was discovered about 24 hours later. I wish I could say I’m thank but truthfully I’m heartbroken. Awaiting MHAA. Please send good thoughts. I can’t go into hospital again. 😭

Knew I shouldn’t have agreed to go under HTT for the weekend. Can’t actually deal with the sickening uncertainty of if/when a probable stranger is going to call me and ask about my mental health.

Every night I get into bed with my childhood teddy bear and I cry thinking about how I used to curl up and tell him all of my hopes and dreams. Sorry yeah that’s a bit of a sad one.

My MH was an issue from a young age. I ended up detained in a secure unit for most of my late teens. I worked *really* hard to build a life for myself after that. But I burnt myself out and because of my MH I lost everything again. And now I can’t seem to get back on my feet.
