Introducing Averie Bunce! Averie joined the lab as an undergraduate in Fall 2018 and spearheaded our work on estrous cycle tuning of inhibition in the amygdala. She is a tour de force – the standard-bearer of many techniques and the recipient of 3 (!) grants. #MeetTheLabMonday

We’ll be rolling out #MeetTheLabMonday in the coming weeks to introduce our amazing staff and trainees to the science Twittersphere. Most (7/9) joined the lab just before or during the pandemic. Very much looking forward to sciencing in the same room at the same time this year 🤞
