New font! Sono by Tyler Finck is a soft monospace (or proportional!) #variablefont. It has a weight axis (ExtraLight - ExtraBold) and the default style is fixed-width (not kerned). But thanks to a "mono" axis, you can make the design proportional! 🍄 fonts.google.com/specimen/Sono

This is genius. Italian singer Adriano Celentano released a song in the 70s with nonsensical lyrics meant to sound like American English—to prove that Italians would just love any American song. And it was a hit.

This is fascinating & shows how weak colour information can be on a photo for the brain to fill in the gaps and "colourise" it for you. It's a black & white photo, but overlaid with a thin grid of coloured lines. They're enough to trick your mind into seeing a full colour image
