Assuming Muse Chat is actually useful and that people use it, if I was Unity I would offer a free version. I would also implement it with a SLM that can be run offline.

There's really no other way to put it: if you are not doing your job properly because of incompetence or sloppiness you deserve to be replaced by AI/Automation. This is going to be a net positive for humanity.
