Fantastic Newport 1/2 Marathon today. Well organised by @SDFHC and supported by @LliswerryRunner. Brilliant marshal’s, volunteers and general public on the route. I had the privilege of pacing today and met some really nice people.

Just picked up my car after it’s service from @wessexgarages Kia Newport. Fantastic customer service by Chloe. Fantastic service by the team. To top it off they also washed the car. Thank you.
