I don’t have room in my heart or life for hate and I hardly ever use the word. But after seeing what cancer did to my mom and sister and what Alzheimer’s is doing to my dad. I hate both of these diseases more than anything.

My theme for 2022 was “Do more, share less.” I definitely shared less but because of family/personal things continually coming up, I didn’t do as much as I had hoped. That is being corrected for 2023.

Personally 2022 has been, to put it mildly, a huge downer for me…but I did hit a big goal which I’m now going to brag about. In January of 2020 I weighed 260lbs and decided to make some changes. In July I hit my first goal of 220lbs. 40 lost in 2.5 years. Cont.->

Every year I barely use any vacation or sick days and every year I force myself to use all the vacation before year end. I should have learned by now. Long weekends all Nov. & Dec. and 16 days off in a row over Christmas.🤦🏼‍♂️ #useitorloseit
