Thinking less and doing more is such a simple formula for getting ahead in anything but I gotta be honest, simple does not mean easy. being consistent and doing it everyday is hard af sometimes

it’s hard for me sometimes to see if I’m actually making any progress day to day but what I found can help is seeing where I was a month or 2 before…makes it impossible not to notice the improvements still lots of work to be done ofc, but everything counts
