Day 3 now @British_Airways and from what your phone central baggage agent is saying, 5/10 bags are still in Newcastle. There are medicines and medical equipment in those bags - you need to do better than just apologies. Rush those bags @British_Airways this is ridiculous

One would think that making sure bags are loaded onto a plane is standard procedure - in my 37 years of flying, I’ve never heard of this happening. Yes I’ve filed a delayed baggage complaint but it appears the bags are still stuck in Newcastle @British_Airways you sort this asap

Breaking my X fast for the best purpose: yell at a company. @British_Airways, your ground crew at NCL FORGOT TO LOAD 3 CONTAINERS OF CHECKED IN BAGS & left a whole plane of us in Heathrow w 0 bags & no updates (it’s been 12 hours). Do your pilots also forget their routine checks?

I agree but also 1) I feel like Malay cooking in general is underpriced relative to labor costs and 2) Malaysians need to get used to paying more for quality. The reason why our food and handicraft scenes are the way they are is because low willingness to pay

When I was in Indonesia, when people tried to connect to us, they’d say things like “Malaysians, you guys love nasi lemak right?” and as an ambivalent-about-nasi-lemak person (literally if I never eat it again I will be OK), this really gave me feelings 😆
