I was able to preach at First Methodist Waco this past Sunday, where I’ll become the new senior pastor following the spring semester @AsburySeminary. I’ll miss the ATS community but God has made this transition abundantly clear. I still hope to teach at ATS part time.

I've received emails asking why I post quotes from Bernard of Clairvaux and others instead of modern texts. I think many topics in the church today have already been addressed by those who have gone before us. We simply repackage their ideas. We have so much to learn from them!
