#coveredandprotected or #homecover group use a marketing agency that scams you into renewing a plumbing and draining policy that doesn’t exist. They basically lie. Coveredandprotected can’t give me the name of their marketing agency. And calling them y leads to a dead end.

#tfl crappy service from Wembley this evening. Waiting for 82 or 493 just before 10pm. Nothing for 30 mins, maybe even longer. If you go to an event at Wembley don’t rely on public transport.
Don’t touch #virginmedia broadband with a barge pole. The service is appalling. Internet connection drops frequently. Difficult to work, video streaming services like Netflix keep buffering. They keep fobbing me off and promise to fix, but it never gets fixed.
And then @virginmedia offered me 1GB for another £20 per month. I said no, fix my 500GB connection first 😡They are a pile of doggy do-dos 💩
Continuous problems with @virginmedia internet for the past god knows how many months. After months of complaints an engineer came and said the cable to my property needed replacing. They have offered and missed at least 5 appointments. Still crap.
