In terms of who's building right now? Red state metros. (And it's not even close.)

@mnolangray Denver is a lot higher than I would’ve thought - where is all of that growth happening? Subdivisions? Infill?
@Cobylefko You should go visit. There's an absolute supernova of infill multifamily development underway. I'm extremely bullish on Denver. (Correcting a very funny typo...)
@mnolangray Sad to say I've never been but I really want to go, and feel like I have to now! An Infill supernova is among the highest forms of praise a place can get. Didn't see the typo, feel like I missed out but trying to read between the lines haha
@mnolangray @Cobylefko The river mile project is building a whole new residential downtown, but I'd love to see more middle housing in the closer neighborhoods
@mnolangray @katzdevelops @Cobylefko Awesome graph. Where’s the data from? Interested in looking at that for my own area in Dallas and Minneapolis
@mnolangray @Cobylefko There was a rush of new permit applications before a inclusionary zoning cut off last year + some big rezoning in a some neighborhoods just outside of downtown wp-denverite.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/upl…
