You have to prune a tree for it to grow. You have to weed a garden for it to flourish. Shedding is a part of growth. Unrestricted growth is called cancer. And it kills you. Focus means saying no. To level up - I always have to remind myself “no” is how you grow.

Everyone's tired. No one's playing at 100%. Everyone has injuries and bruises and tradeoffs they would've played differently if they had known better. Everyone has all that in common. The only thing that separates winners from losers is choosing to win anyways.
