There is a world of difference between a startup founder choosing to work long hours to make their company succeed, and a fresh-out-of-college startup employee with a low salary & meager stock options being required to work long hours. One is ownership, the other is exploitation.

Changelogs/release notes are essential, especially when a feature being developed for several months has a low adoption rate. It's hard to put together a timeline for events that occurred a while ago.

I don’t 100% agree with anyone - not even myself. I’m always surprised when Person A disqualifies Person B as a source of learning simply because Person B said/did something that Person A doesn’t agree with. Full agreement is a terrible requirement to place on anyone.
