Avoid visiting Paris! Their service orientation and planning is in a mess & they don’t care. Eg. Look at the immigration mess at Paris airport - I have travelled for biz, spent last 3 hours in line & counting. Thousands are waiting and only 1 window working!

AMEX Credit Cards: Buyer's Beware! AMEX lures you into paying huge fees against big offers. Lot of fine print T&Cs. If you call, their officers misguide. Once you have paid the fee, AMEX keeps it, offers are not fulfilled & they leave you in the lurch!

Janata harassed for weeks/months, despite paying Stamp Duty/Court Fees. Noida Registrar keeps saying it’s regn portal not working due to ‘tech. issues’ but real story seems unpaid dues of pvt company who built/manages the portal!! @noida Sub-Registrar @myogiadityanath

@airindiaind Despite service issues I followed AI. But things have gone worse. AI changes flights on its own, its phone lines don't work or programmed to put u on long holds only to disconnect. No one replies to emails. Customer has no say. Flying Returns has become a farce too!

@rajuemba @StarHubCares @LinksysCares I am also fed up with the awful broadband services Starhub is providing. I have recently recontracted at 1GBPS which works slower than the previous 500MBPS service plus keeps dropping and has connectivity issues.
