@gcforskilled @USCIS @David_J_Bier @USCISDirector @StateDept @SecMayorkas Visa bulletin doesn't make sense to Indian EB applicants after 2020, applicants who are in FAD and DOF have the same status. Is there any difference between FAD and DOF charts? What is the benefit of PD in FAD?
