For this cocktail the color comes from a chocolate vermouth we made. It’s delicious.
A classic Glögg. This is a recipe from the Aviary Holiday Edition. It has a splash of aquavit to kick it up a notch. An excellent drink for a chilly night

From the Aviary Holiday book it has cilantro tequila, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, lime juice, agave syrup, mezcal, and topped with High Life. Ice cubes are made from Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and a Chile liquor. Rim is crushed hint of lime Doritos

It contains coconut rum, aged rum, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and egg yolks

It has an unaged apple brandy, whiskey, angostura bitters, brown butter tincture, and oloroso sherry

It’s made with Licor 43, lime, condensed milk, and topped with Prosecco. The garnish is a ground Graham cracker. A tasty delight.

It’s a blend of rum, amaro, and PX sherry, lemon juice, ginger, raisins, and orange peel. Served hot, a perfect drink for a cold winter night.

It’s extremely rich, almost dessert like. It’s got a blend of rums with milk, egg yolk, heavy cream, and sugar. But complicated to make but it’s a batch drink so it serves well.
